1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • The return request must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Once authorized, securely package the item and send it to the address provided.

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


3. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, contact us at info@boostudy.nl. Exchanges are subject to item availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

6. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping fees, customs duties, and other related charges. Please ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit.
